"SOUL BLUES MALE ARTIST of the YEAR"

John Nemeth is a true bluesman. Born in Idaho, he got his start singing at church functions. Growing up, he worked as a truck driver.

Following his dream of singing the blues, Nemeth recently packed up, departed Oakland, California, and headed for the legendary musical mecca of Memphis.

His rental truck broke down in the desert en route. Two days later he made it to Memphis and joined Emmy-winning producer and musician Scott Bomar at Bomar's Electraphonic Studio. They cut what would become Nemeth's latest CD, Memphis Grease.
