Jus Blues BOBBY RUSH Award 2014

International Blues Challenge Winner 2014

The IBC is the world's largest blues competition. Mr. Sipp represented the Vicksburg Blues Society and won this prestigious competition.

Winning the IBC has established Mr. Sipp as one of the top Blues artists in the world. He tours extensively and brings the international spotlight to Vicksburg and Mississippi.

Mr. Sipp is an amazing guitarist, entertainer, musician, writer and producer. Taking the stage in his signature black eyeglass frames taped at the bridge, and his Urkel- esk persona, he is mesmerizing from the first note.

Young, and commanding the stage with high-energy, Mr. Sipp delivers his lyrics and guitar licks with the soul of an old Bluesman. Dancing across the stage with spectacular moves, you just can't get enough of Mr. Sipp.

Castro Coleman, a.k.a. Mr. Sipp, appears in the upcoming film about James Brown, Get On Up. Band members Kimble Funchess, Jeff Flanagan and Micah Brown, also have roles in the movie. The movie will be screened in Vicksburg beginning July 31, at Wilcox Theatres.

Castro Coleman, along with his band members, will make a special appearance at a RED CARPET Event on Saturday, August 2, at Noon.
